You start out in Idle Success as an unemployed individual with no money and no clear life path. The objective is to progressively better yourself, succeed, and grow into a successful, successful person. You can make active choices to accelerate your progress, but this game also has idle mechanisms that allow you to make progress even while you're not actively playing.
HOW TO PLAY IDLE SUCCESS
Your beginning task is to work on simple things like increasing your fitness and getting a job. You will need to click on your character to start earning money or improve in different areas of life.
The money you make can be used to unlock assets, enhancements, or new features that will help you advance even more quickly. This could be investing in new prospects, purchasing equipment for your fitness journey, or landing a better career.
You will go through several phases of your career, from beginning as a novice to moving up the professional ladder, and with every step you take, you will be able to access better positions, more income, and more success.

Since this is an idle game, you can advance without playing continuously. Your character will continue to get money and advance more slowly even if you are not clicking. To level up your character, make upgrades, and unlock new features, you can return from time to time.
